I was wondering if there was a Party Chat option on PS3 like there is for Xbox 360. Also if they dont have one will they add it?

no they do not, and i haven't heard anything about them ever getting one

Nope, They have in game chat and that's it.

They also have a text chat that can be used while playing games although, Pretty useless.
