Here is a brand new iso mod that I made. This mod works in both GTA V single player and online. This mod adds blue interior neon lights to every car in the game. It also adds a green underglow light on every taxi in the game. This is really cool and I never tested it online with other playes so I'm not sure if other people can see the mod as well.
