i just redeemed it, the pack didnt have a picture so i opned it, and then the card just dissapeared?

It should be there.
Go to collection > reward collection, and it should show it.
It will not show up in the marketplace because it's unsellable.

If it's still not there just try and redeem the code again and see what it says.
