Okay Guys, i saw that quite a few people were confused about the new TOTW, Its pretty simple really, People voted out of a selection of players and it went by the percentage of people who chose the players, the highest got a place in TOTW, Although they have not got an IF Card or special card or anything its okay, The rate of getting these players in a pack has gone up. (It is easier to get these cards in packs than usual). So if you have some left over fifa points, coins etc, i would open packs as Ronaldo&Messi is on it and you have an easier chance to get them.
