Ordering:
After you place your order, we will either add you to the primary slot or one of the reserve slots. We start by first come first serve.

Our part:
Once your order is ready for one of us to start, we will contact you by your preference of private messaging, or quote.

Once we do so, we create an emblem based on your specifics, and contact you the same way you preferred. From there, you either give us the "Okay" (See next step), or tell us it's not what you are looking for.

You have up to two redoes, and may only use them if the emblem is not to your liking. We will not allow you to ask for a redo because you want another emblem, hence why we ask for confirmation first. If you want another emblem, you have to wait in line like everyone else.

Once we have the okay:
When we have confirmation that you like how the emblem looks, we will then ask you (The customer) to invite us to your Crew (If you are not promoted to a high enough official, then ask your Crew Leader to invite us, or make sure your crew is set to open). When we join, one of us will publish the emblem, then take our leave.

***Note***
We will only give out the Gamer Tag when it is time for pick-up.

If there is an error in the emblem:
When there is an error, such as the publishing went wrong, we will repair it once we are contacted. We ask you not to try to fix it yourself, as most emblems range from 200-500 layers.

If you try and repair it yourself, we will not fix the emblem. We are sorry, but we have the layers arranged in an order for us to get to faster. If one layer is moved, or out of place, it takes much more time for us to find and fix it.
