Ok first of all, Treyarch is banning people with modded gpds... believe me they are even if you are not yet. But theres an easy way around it =D.

1. Get your profile on a usb.
2. open usb gui.
3. find your profile and extract.
4.drag and drop your profile on modio.
5. go to contents and find 41560855.gpd that is modded.
6. delete it!
7. Rehash and design.
8. on usb gui delete the current E00000389 ECT.. and inject the new one.

NOTE: this will delete your any saved progress and any zombie maps unlocked.
It also does not affect your rank in multiplayer or CT.
you will be basically undetectable, even if your 15th prestige lvl 50.
