So i need someone to code me a permissionsex File
and groupmanager ranks for in game like pot-Head and stuff
I will be willing to pay for this.

All i need is staff ranks like
Helper:
Mod:
Admin:
Owner:

and the in game ranks that you rankup through are:
Pot-Head
Dealer
Distributor
shipper
Drug-Lord
Drug-Assassin
Drug-Baron
Charlie-Sheen
Lil-Wayne
Heisenberg
Bob-Marley
God-Farther

But all these in game ranks dont need any perms except from pot head which needs all basics like warp,sethome and kits but then you can just use inheritance on the rest.

For someone to do an entire permissions setup, you need to give far more information.
Like prefixes, plugins you are using, etc.

Nobody can assign permissions when they don't know what permissions you need.
