Things I would like:
1500 pounds or thereabout
4770k
Liquid CPU cooler
NZXT H440 case
16gb Ram
Preferably a 780 or higher
Whichever storage you think is best
No monitors or peripherals needed in the budget
I would like the colour scheme to be white/blue with some black
A copy of windows 8 included with the budget

I will be using this build for mainly gaming and some graphic design hence the 16gb of ram and the 4770k. Thanks in advance =D

Slightly over but worth it.
Also wasn't able to use the color scheme, but this has more performance because of it.

Leave the 780Ti red decals off for the blacked out aesthetics. You can change the rings on the h105 to the blue one. The motherboard has slightly blue accents and the RAM is blue.
