Teh budget wouldn't alloe for a decent GPU, so an APU is the CPU and GPU combined.
However,k everyone underestimates the power of an APU. and later down the line, you can run a GPU such as the 7770 in hybrid mode with it.

100 quid will make a huge difference to this build. If you could save up another 100 or so, you will get a far better build for the money.
