Help me pick which CPu and Motherboard to getPosted:

So I need some help picking out what I want and wanted to what you guys think of my choices and if you want to, give me other suggestions.

My budget is around $300-$500
and the only reason that they are only Cpu's and motherboard's is cause I already have a
GTX 770 oc
16gb ram
650w power supply but upgrading in a couple days

Rule number 1 with CPU's, when going high end FORGET AMD, you have a 650W PSU, the 9590 and 9370 have a 220W TDP.
Intel is the way to go, but will you benefit from hyper-threading?
Also, none of the Intel motherboards will work, the 4770K is socket 1150 and the boards are socket 1155.
Finally, what case do you currently have?
