I was wondering if anyone in the xbox one update beta and was wondering if they can invite me to it. thanks

You can't invite people. Microsoft randomly selects them and then they message you with a redeemable code which downloads the beta preview app which then registers your xbox for preview updates.

You can invite people to the preview beta. All you need do is make a post in the specified section in the Preview Forums and say:

"Hey could you invite...
gamertag1
gamertag2
gamertag3
etc."

Its really easy to do and they're pretty quick about getting people into the program.

Actually if you have the preview app downloaded on the xbox one you have an option to invite people.
