i payed 15 bucks to this guy but it sayed refunded and whenever i tried to get into another lobby it says this Your card issuer denied this payment. If you have another debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account, please use that. Or take a moment to link a new debit or credit card. Contact your card issuer if you don't know why you were declined i will give you 5 bucks paypal if you help me and if it works.
