It is most likely to come out on tuesday the 29th of april
(Gta iv was released on that date and it is close to the middle of spring as rockstar said)

Nobody knows the exact date, but it's safe to say in May. Why? We got the creator this month, so we're probably going to get High Life early May and then Heists sometime in June. April, May, June -- one update a month, with Heists to finish off Spring in June.
Seems like the way to go to me, but again -- it's just speculation.
