Soooo I have footage ready, my VHS and VCR by my side. Me and my friend recorded our music video full 1080p but we would like to run it through the vhs to get the choppy effect along with the analog effects. Any way we can get the mp4 from our computer to the vhs ?

Have a look for a piece of software called Red Giant. You can probably get it the same place you got AE and Sony Vegas..

I was going to say that also but maybe he doesn't have the program or the know how to do it? I was going to suggest that he use Vegas, With it he can Just use the tv simulator to get the same effects.
