I definitely believe the chief would win, it'd be a partial close fight although Thor was able to mess Iron Man's armor up to almost no function in Avenger's. And although the chief is basically invulnerable, the Didact was able to mess him up with his powers. Yet, the chief survived the nuke exploding in the end of Halo 4, he survived multiple atmospheric falls and has saved the world single-handedly; not to mention he has destroyed each Halo by kicking some covenant, flood and any other enemy's butt. Overall, the Master Chief would win(:
