Yeah i did this too and it works, except my god mode went away? maybe it was just the download i used but yea it should work if you do this.

All Treyarch did was patch the binds to the command buttons (back $ start).
but NOT the DPAD.

dont forget the command buttons are the dpad

Yeah. They Ain't patched. All you gotta do is get a clean .GPD and put it were it needs to go then replace it with the modded zombies .GPD. simples
