I would go with 40 inch t.v, unless you have a wide open room then go with a 50 just depends how much you want to spend. I use a 32 for gaming and watching t.v

I have a 42" Sony Bravia and I love it, I don't use it for gaming anymore as I went down to a 23" for gaming.
There is little latency on the 42" and it's perfect for large screen gaming.

I have a sony 36" tv and i would say dont go any higher then that
