So once you paste the new files are you supposed to sign in, sign out and sign in again for it to work?
Do you happen to be using local lap or iapfree with this method?

The first time when you sign in is because the account needs to be "refreshed" I'm not sure you might be able to hit cancel but you must sign out of the account that is there when it starts and sign into your account.
