Alright so I've been googleing around for a day and I've got nothing for this... My VGA cables are plugged in power is on, fans are running, keyboard is too. Try to turn the monitor on and nothing...just VGA no signal and then it goes to sleep.

when I was replacing my GPU it came out angled and I had to jerk it out. To my knowledge nothing was damaged but the GPU no longer worked. I know this because I replaced my AMD 7700 XFX with a HIS R9 270 IceQ x2 Boost Clock 2GB and that one does run.

-I replaced the CR2032 battery with a brand new one.
-I have no honest clue how to wire this thing nor believe I did it right but it looks right and I've tried other combos. I'm open to suggestion on it and references.
-450W PSU
-I know the monitor works because it did 2 days ago before I tried installing my mobo and everything into a new tower.
-Does the mobo need all the mounting screws in? Missing one.
-LEDs for power and the power control don't work.
-Mobo doesn't have a VGA HDMi or any connection of that sort.
-Im positive nothing is bents as in pins. I can check again.

I sent this all from my phone so if pics are needed oddly not sure how to get then as my phone says my memory is too low to finish the operation with imgur...

The motherboard should have all screws in but there is no way for the system to identify that so there is no issue. If you've dropped the screw and its jammed behind the board that would cause issues however.

You need to plug the thin wires for the power button and LED into the system bus of the motherboard. Usually located on the bottom right, its an array of pins sticking up. If you read carefully you can see markings telling you what goes where. If it doesn't work still then you can switch the cables round to see if you have pos/neg mixed up.

Which make and model of power supply are you using? Have you connected all the PCIe power connectors the card needs and do the fans spin?

I'd try a digital output like DVI or HDMI as a last resort.
