paypal will not allow anyone under the age of 18 to assume responsibility for an account. If they find out you are on it, they will lock it out and close it, and your money will be lost for 6 months.

my advice is to get your parents to set one up in their name that they dont mind you using.

Dude its like myspace no one under 16 was allowed to have one and people do...his parents could be loaded and made him an account so age dont matter

making money using paypal is extremely risky, especially with a new account selling 10th and stuff like that. you will get flagged EXTREMELY fast as high risk, you will be limited, and eventually locked.

id suggest you look for alternative payment sources.
