hey guys this pc is like 4 weeks old and i factory reset it cos it was freezing and ran like malware software and all of scan's and could not find anything:/ the bad thing is. it keep's doing when play minecraft (could u guys post link to a system scan or something)

maybe your running out of memory on minecraft ive had that happen to me alot of times

its not running out of menory it has 4g going to it. it just stop working and i go to 0 fps :/

i don't get were your coming from, if you looking for anti virus software get Norton 360.

No Norton 360 is not worth the money, it's too intrusive for my liking anyway. I would get the free version of avast and malwarebytes which is also free

From the specs that you posted, it seems that you dont have a GPU

If you know it, post it otherwise download [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and print screen the results

Just because you do a full factory reset does not mean that you deleted the parasite/// So what you want to do is if you have a hard cd disk you want to reformat your harddrive like 5 times because I dont feel like getting into your main os files because some people dont feel comfortable. Once you do that just reinstall your OS and you should be good to go =) if not then you have something wrong with your hardware also. Crazy things can happen >.> sorry about this also.
