Does Game Share still work and do both accounts need xbox live Gold for it to work?

You need to have live in both, have both accounts on each xbox and both accounts need to be my home xbox on both accouts on both xboxs. From there you can play anythin the oter account has downloaded or whatever. Its not the same as 360.
