Not to hijack your post...But only the sender will be banned if gifted. You can't even put a unicorn up in the auction house to be sold.

Forza 4 has 17 unicorn cars. Unicorns are basically cars that are rare in the wild (RL or real life) as well as in-game. You cannot go to the dealership and buy these cars, nor can you gift them or sell them on the auction house. These cars can be quite difficult to come by. It is a car that is sent to you by turn 10. It can also be modded in and if gifted to you by any other than a turn 10 staff the person sending it will be banned.
