In the top right hand corner on my phone I've got a lock with a circle around it and it's an arrow. I've got a screenshot of it but idk how to add it on here

It means portrait lock all you do is swipe up and tap the logo if you want it off

That just means your phone won't rotate. You can slide your finger up from the bottom of the screen and it's at the top.

Wow I feel dumb. Lol it's my first time having an iPhone and can anyone help me out with unlocking it? For as cheap as possible

swipe the bottom of your screen up and it should have the same icon just tap it to unlock it.
