if i did the SP to MP glitch to get cars online will i get banned for doing this or will they get rid of my cars?

Maybe same as people over level 300 and people with over 10 million i read up on it somewhere

I've brought over 100 cars online haven't been banned yet lol.

Doing to the Singleplayer to Multiplayer glitch will NOT get you banned
I have made over 300 cars with the Save Editor and brought them all into Multi player and not been banned!

Rockstar seem to be very lenient with banns!
I had Nos in the Business update cars before they were released to the public and I'm still playing

No you will not be banned...

The most they will do would be taking the cars out of

your garage but the probably won't happen.
