An xbox eating a disc! Maybe you moved the console when the game was running. If that happens the disc will have a ring on it. Or it may be the laser that reads the disc. It could have something on it.

If your Xbox at it, just wait for it to digest it and it will eventually "leave" the Xbox.

Okay, no way that happened. Take the xbox apart, it's easy. Then take it out. The odds are the game wont work anymore though.

if the warranty seal is already missing just open the console then remove the disk tray without breaking anything or send it in for a repair
