hi guys so basically i have a falcon rgh and the boot time is really weird like it goes to load and the ring lights up then goes back off but doesnt actually boot i could wait up to like 15 mins for it to boot and i dont know why its like this

if anyone can help please comment cuz its so annoying for me

p.s really slow

sounds like No audio/video witch means it will need to be sent for repair
