Is there a way of fixing this? Not sure why it keeps doing this but it is very annoying, rep to whoever helps with the problem, thanks.

Can you take a screenshot of one of the command prompts with the errors in it?

Sounds like you may have a bug.
download and run Spybot search and destroy.
If it is a virus this should find and remove it for you.

Try this:
Hit Windows+R to bring up the Run window, then type msconfig and hit enter
In the Startup tab, look for the entry and deselect it, then reboot.
This "fixes" the issue by not calling the process any longer, but if you don't really need it, that won't matter. Apparently asustpcenter.exe is related to mouse gestures

You could also try to uninstall Asus Smart Gesture

First, spybot is terrible use malwarebytes lmao, but yeah just disable it from your start up.
