I saw a glitch like a week ago to join a mission and you'll be floating in the air or something kinda like spectating but you can shoot. I accidentally just did this when joining a race and was shooting people who were driving past the spot I was fixed at (it wasn't a GTA race).

How do you do it? I can't find the video/tutorial explaining exactly what to do.
