I've been a console person for quite a while now, but I've simply gotten bored with the controller schemes. I'm having a computer I.T help me create a gaming PC.
I just need reliable parts, Any suggestions.?
My budget is $500.

For $500 you can't really get that much.
This is what I'd get though:

It will play most games on atleast medium settings with playable FPS. The APU is far from weak. You could add a R7 250 GPU to Crossfire with the integrated graphics if you wanted a bit more performance. It would be like $100 more or something.
All of these parts are reliable and will not let you down, unless they come DOA.
All parts can be ordered from [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
