I'm 14 and I want to learn lucid dreaming I have a few questions

Is there any dangers?

Can u control what u do where u go ETC?

Is it hard to learn?

Please reply I really want to start training.

I've heard that if you sleep upside down and with one hand in warm water it helps towards having a lucid dream but i'd suggest trialing this for at least a month before you can get it every time.

Ive had sex while lucid dreaming and imma give you a heads up
make sure you have a spare towel or tissues near when you wake up ;)
