Give it 5/10 due to you only just starting to Photoshop which is a fair excuse.
There is no background which makes it look doll.

i agree with puzzle its too bland but i like the logo itself. 3/10

It's not that bad considering you just started photoshop. I don't like it though because it just looks off to me.

It looks like all you have done is used Bevel & Emboss, a gradient and drop shadow. Basically just clicking a few buttons and moving some sliders back and forth.
Try adding texture to the text and lighting effects. It looks too plain.

The white background just there until I get better at Photoshop but I also couldn't think of anything to put there. It was mainly the logo in the centre I was looking for criticism on but appreciate the feedback.

I have never seen that logo before and I wasn't too sure about the colour so just added a gradient instead of leaving it black. Thanks for the colours though, I might try a few of them tomorrow and see what they look like.
