If boot times are that bad you need to be talking to your installer - I've seen Monoxide mentioned around here and he seems to have a pretty good rep so you really need to chat with him. He'll be familiar with the install and perhaps be able to offer suggestion on how to tune it.

If you want tuning suggestions just from the general crowd here you will have to open up the console and post images.

RGH2 Falcon is one of the worst consoles although most should glitch in 30 second or under im sure monoxide installed the chip to a high standard maybe ask him on why or whether he will take it back to try get boot times up for you!

If that fails you can open the xbox take some pictures and people here could give you ideas on how to increase boot times
