"won't pick up retail" is not a very in depth explanation so with that very little information any answer will be a shot in the dark.

My first guess would be that you don't have the most recent title update loaded to the RGH and it's incompatible with the TU loaded on the retail.

If you are using Dashlaunch, FSD (newest version), go into the system setting of FSD > Plugins > Link > Unload

Then go to Dashlaunch network settings DevLink = Falso
