Hi, idk which motherboard I should go with. The two motherboards I was thinking to go with are:
Asrock Z87 Extreme4 or GIGABYTE GA-Z87-DS3H. However if you find a better motherboard within the price range with these motherboards then that would be fine. Thanks!

The extreme 4 is better because it is compatible with 4th gen Processors however 3rd gen processors are still pretty good right now but the Extreme 4 would give you more upgrade capabilities.

What? Neither of the motherboards are compatible with 3rd generation Intel Core processors. Both motherboards are socket 1150 and are only compatible with 4th generation(Haswell) Intel Core processors.

The 9-series chipset boards are still being released, but you may as well get one. There are plenty of good options in this price range.
