1 is going to be either something like a NandX/JrProgrammer. With 4GB Corona motherboards you would need something like the 4GB R/W kit from TX or the SD Tool from Maximus.
2 is going to determine what you need for 3. if you buy a preprogrammed glitch chip like a Proto or a Stone chip then you won't need to be able to program the chip. If you go with something like a coolRunner Rev C, or a CR3 Lite then you'll need a way to program the chip with a timing file. The NandX and JRProgrammer can do this too.
