Every time I order the Hotknife, from the collector's edition,it doesn't have the Engine Cover/hood. So I tried driving into LSC and see if I could add the Engine cover, but it's not there. How do I get the Hood onto the hotknife?

You have to buy it again until you get the engine top on it
