There's been a lot of debate regarding the expiration date of the 7 day trials from the Skittles promotion and such, so I just chatted with a Microsoft rep to clear the confusion

These codes DO NOT EXPIRE.

The fact he mentioned the promo end date makes me think he is just telling you that.
It is possible he is correct, but i have seen promo's in the past and I redeemed codes after the "end date"

I just spoke with another rep (completely forgot to screenshot ) and they told me that on their system, it shows that the code has no expiration date. However, there is no way they could tell us for sure, so 'we should just redeem before the date to be safe.' But like asymmetrical said, there are other promos with codes that were supposed to have expired, but never actually did :/
