but if I connect myself to the live with the modification jtag it is true that I come ban as soon as they are online?

JTAG's get banned very quickly, thats what a key vault is for

Yeah once you sign into xbox live then in about 4 hours or LESS you WILL get banned.

but they remove to me alone access to the live or blocks to all the modification to me? because I would want to accommodate a moddata room for the prestige, and if they block alone the live to me does not import I obtain my scope to me at least, but I do not want to lose all the modification

Yeah thats right as soon as you sign into XBL the BAN clock starts.
