Thanks to all who viewed the topic, and to those that posted with their concerns. The fires are all put out and everything is fine now. all though a lot of damage came from these fires. People lost homes, memorabilia, theirs personal things. With all the devestation we will be helping those families who lost alot in these fires. thnx for your support.

I live in San Diego, Oceanside and I believe Wednesday or Thursday, there were 2 fires close by where I live at, both about 3 miles each from where I live and I can tell you right now, that heat was ridiculous. Even with the A/C on it was just so hot and then the winds picked up and carried all this smoke over that it started to burn when inhaling. Apparently 3 teens started a few fires in San Diego on a bush or tree but I don't think any one knows if that's what caused the massive fire outbreak that has been going on. All in all, I'm glad it's stopping, glad it's getting under control or is under control and glad the temperatures will be returning back to normal. Also one of my friend's boss had to leave work and go home to evacuate with his family from Carlsbad when this first started out, so I'm sure he'll be glad to know he can go back home safe if he hasn't already.

This will cause a lot of damage to not only the surrounding and land but properties also.
Hopefully the fire can be controlled before it spreads further.
