ok so i have been thinking this over for a while and i think it will work!!
set gpad_buttonsConfig "buttons_default"
"else if ( !self ButtonPressed( "gpad_buttonsConfig "buttons_lefty" ) )"set gpad_buttonsConfig "buttons_defaultl"

it might force a custom gpad_buttonsConfig so we can do the binds

i just made a gpd similar to this idea. i just put "set buttons_lefty.cfg" then after that done the binds and im gonna try that after my shower. if it doesnt work ill try this.
