I don't know if this GPD works. But any GPD patched or not should work with this solo tut below.
You might have to do the rehash and resign thing or reinject it to your usb.

TO PLAY SOLO ONLY
1. Sign off
2. Dash Board
3. Unplug Internet thing in back of xbox.
4. Load Black Ops
5. Sign in at 'Press Start'
6. Click start > zombies > solo > load zombie map (any of the first two)
7. while loading plug in internet
8. now when playing connect to xbox by pressing xbox button on controller and connect (if using wireless)
9. Should be online and playing modded zombies

Btw, to anyone, clearing your system cache won't do anything.

I dont have capture card to record but will record with phone it has pretty good quality. Be back in idk 30 minutes lol

Are you connected to xbox live?
