how do i get my rpc tools working, what ever button i click i get a error message and i have installed .NET framework 4.5.1 no rpc tools work but xbox360 neighbourhood work cna anyone please help me

Do you have your console connected in Neighborhood and set as default console?
Are the programs opening?
Do you have the new plugins set on your console?

the tools do open but when i click a button in the tool i get a error message and it says ignore or quit if i click igonre it will just come up again after i click a button in the tool and nothing happens when i click a button and do get a error message

When you open the tool, you have to connect it to your JTAG. You can't just start clicking buttons and hoping for the best. For example, in PLV7, you need to click this button;
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
After it confirms your console is connected, away you go, click anything you want.

i do click connect to jtag and i get the error message
any button i click included connect to jtag i still get an error message

You sure you have your plugins set up correctly? Have you restarted your console yet?

yes the plugins i got is xbdm.xex xrpc.xex and rpc.xex

yes the plugins i got is xbdm.xex xrpc.xex and rpc.xex
You'd be surprised how many people forget to connect the tool to their console Some tools require the JRPC.xex plugin, maybe that's your issue?
