I post on allot of differnet websites but im having no luck getting ANYONE on my server :|

Your best bet is to get a big youtuber to advertise on your server. This, however can cost a good bit of money as most youtubers will charge you.
The highest I've seen someone pay is $900 to a youtuber with 800k+ subs (ZexyZek).
If you don't have that kind of money though, start off small with a smaller youtuber. Most of them have emails, which is the easiest way to contact them.
All in all, you need someone to advertise that is a youtuber. It is the best way.
