Enable error checking for the GPU test or it's not good for anything. It should be as simple as adding core speed until it's not stable at the given voltage, at which point you increase the voltage. When the OCCT test gets your card to the highest temp you're comfortable with, you should be done. I like to run my OCCT tests as I'm increasing voltage and clocks until the temp levels out and for the final test, I make sure it can be stable for about an hour.
