Ok I am going to add led strips lights and led fans to my pc and they have a molex connector on all of them.

how do i connect them up?

Your power supply should come with molex connectors.
Plug your lights into the molex pins then secure the lights to the case with something like zip-ties or blu-tac.
The fans should have a suitable slot in the case where you can screw them into.

I did that just now and the lights and fans flashed and turned off now the computer will not turn on ?

My only guess would be that you don't have enough power for your components and the lights as well.
What is the wattage of your current PSU?
