Can someone tell me what im supposed to do or if im doing anything wrong? Im updated to tu13 but when i go to multiplayer it says i need to connect to xbox live and download new required content but im not on stealth im just offline... so how do i fix this or bypass it?

You have to connect online and download it, it's a compatibility pack 2.
