So I built a new PC and had Windows 8 installed on it. I have dual monitor setup with one resolution of 1680x1050 on the left and one 1920x1080 on the right. The 1680x1050 looks fine, but the 1920x1080 is zoomed in and kinda jagged quality. I have been trying to fix it in the NVIDIA Control Panel but cannot. I'll upload a picture so you can see what i'm talking about.
This is all I can see on the 1920x1080 monitor.

You could try:
Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display
Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display\Screen Resolution
I have a dual monitor set up but I have Windows 7, can you show the difference between the two screens with a picture? thanks.

Are you using DVI and HDMI, for instance?

I figured it out. Its because of my monitor. It's a TV with an HDMI so it has some over-scan, so I had to set a custom resolution for it to work.
