I Recommend The " Samsung Galaxy Admire " from " Metro PCS "
It was only $99 To buy it and its a 2013 Android. Does almost everything
The Galaxy S3 does. It Could have better screen resolution (Quality), but its
very good for me. You should check it out (:

I'd just use your previous phone before your Galaxy if you have one. If you ask around your friends might have a crappy phone they'd lend to you. If you go to a phone store, they might have old phones laying there that you can pick up and activate to you since they were about to throw them away anyways.
