As I assume your copy is an illegal version, I would most likely stick with no. Playing pirated games online share a game ID and if someone else was playing with the same game ID online, it'll get picked it up pretty fast. I assume it would anyway? I could just have it all in my head.

When I use to play xbox 360 on my flashed console, I kept it offline as my GTA V copy was not a legitimate copy. I just think that you going online or searching for online games with a identical game ID as some other people would raise flags. I personally would purchase the game so you have a real id and play online!

Yeah I've done the same although my PS3 does not have a disc drive (I sold it) so I just run all games from a 2TB drive in my server room. I will purchase it on PC however as the graphics will be fantastic!

=)!

Then clearly Microsoft are in fact morons. All they have to do is put a unique ID on every game and playing pirated games online would be easily banable.

Shocking actually...

No game company does that because that would cost an amazing amount of money.
